About us

ELI was founded in Tetouan, Morocco in March 1998 by both Mohammed Reda Charif, holder of a higher studies degree in business and management administration and Mr Thomas Read Spellings , an American English teacher. The reason behind the foundation of such an institute was to improve the level of the English language in Tetouan through high quality English courses.
